ParkIT - Notice history

All performance issues, including those affecting check-outs and key lockers, have now been fully tested and resolved. An incident report will be shared tomorrow detailing the cause of the issues.

We are still investigating reports of slow performance when bookings are checking out on the Park IT portal and from Key Lockers. We will provide further updates soon.

Although performance has improved, we have received reports of issues when attempting to check out bookings. We are currently investigating this.

We are continuing to monitor performance across Park IT. Booking Ingestion was temporarily disabled whilst we investigated the performance issues. We will be replaying all queued booking files over the next few hours.
